We use WorldPay to manage the payment process through our e-Commerce web store.

You may cancel a payment made on this website within seven days of the date of creating the order by sending an email to [email protected] quoting all the order details including your name and address. You are required to return the goods ordered, as received, at your cost in good condition and they need to be received in our warehouse before a refund can be authorised. Refunds will be credited to the original card used to make the order.

We will investigate any reasonable claim for a refund (outside of our Surcharge refund policy) and this may require an inspection and test of the parts returned and if accepted the refund will be arranged within 48 hours.
